Bruce Chizen is the CEO of Adobe Systems. Chizen~s customer-focused vision is transforming Adobe from a desktop software busin ess to a technology platform provider for consumers, creative professionals, and enterprises. Chizen also has maintained the c ompany~s legendary employee culture. In 2005, Adobe was named for the sixth year to Fortune Magazine~s annual list of the ?100 Best Companies to Work For.? Prior to becoming CEO in December 2000, Chizen was executive vice president of worldwide product s and marketing. In that role, he closely aligned marketing functions and product development to build customer-focused soluti ons.
Chizen started his career in the consumer electronics business during the first wave of growth in the video game mark et. He worked in Mattel Electronics~ merchandising group, helping grow it to a $500 million business. Prior to joining Adobe, he held senior positions at Microsoft Corporation and Claris Corporation. Chizen holds a bachelor~s degree from Brooklyn Colle ge, City University of New York. He serves on the board of Synopsys, Inc. and is president of the board of directors for the Children~s Discovery Museum of San Jose.

Bernard co-founded Quorum Systems in 2002 with the vision of developing a multi-mode radio device for the cellular market. Quo rum Systems is currently sampling its Sereno QS2000 chip,a fully integrated GSM/WiFi transceiver IC which addresses the qui ckly emerging convergence space.
Prior to Quorum, Bernard founded InnoCOMM Wireless, a Bluetooth and WLAN chipset develope r, in February 1998. At InnoCOMM Bernard was primarily responsible for business development, engineering, finance and sales. Growing the company from its initial three-person team to a total of fifty-eight employees, developing the largest RFIC team outside of Qualcomm in San Diego.
In 2002, InnoCOMM was acquired by National Semiconductor for $130M. Bernard was subseque ntly hired as the director of wireless data for National Semiconductor. In this new role he managed several satellite design t eams in Sweden, Scotland, Santa Clara, Germany and the San Diego site.
Bernard received his PhD in microwave circuits from Brunel University in the UK. He has published some thirty papers in radio frequency IC design and has served on the technical program committee of the MTT-S RFIC conference. He has filed several patents in the area of semiconductor circuits and system s.

Bo Shao is the founder of EachNet and Chairman of eBay EachNet, China~s leading e-commerce company. eBay EachNet currently has over 10 million registered users who trade a wide variety of items ranging from clothing and antique calligraphy to computers and real estate, in both auction and fixed price formats. After founding EachNet in 1999, Bo was able to attract nearly $60 m illion in private equity investments to support the company~s development. EachNet was then acquired by eBay in 2003 in one of the most groundbreaking transactions in the history of venture investing in China. Bo has served as Chairman and CEO of EachN et from 1999 to 2003, and as a Vice President of eBay Inc. from 2003 to 2004. He is a recognized leader of China~s Internet in dustry and the recipient of numerous industry awards in China and abroad. He has frequently been featured by leading Chinese a nd international media such as the Wall Street Journal, the Washington Post, CNN and MSNBC.
Prior to founding EachNet, Bo w orked for the Boston Consulting Group and Goldman Sachs. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA, summa cum laud e, in physics and electrical engineering, from Harvard College. Bo was born in China and was a two-time national mathematics c hampion during high school.
