Elias Antoun

CEO, Genesis Microchip

Elias Antoun has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and a member of our Board of Directors since November 2004. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Antoun served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Pixim, Inc., an imaging solution provider for the video surveillance market, between March 2004 and November 2004. From February 2000 to August 2003, Mr. Antoun served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of MediaQ, Inc., a mobile handheld graphics IC company acquired by NVIDIA Corporation in August 2003. From January 1991 to February 2000, Mr. Antoun held a variety of positions with LSI Logic Corporation, most recently serving as Executive Vice President of the Consumer Products Division from 1998 until his departure in January 2000. Mr. Antoun has served as a Director of HPL Technologies, Inc. since August 2000 and as Chairman of the Board of Directors of HPL Technologies, Inc. since July 2002.

Eric Shum

CA, SRED Team, Deloitte & Touche

Mr. Eric Shum is an experienced member of the Deloitte & Touche National SR&ED team. With over a decade of experience in tax, consulting, and finance, Eric has assisted a large number of companies creating new and innovative technologies. Eric has prepared numerous successful SR&ED claims for high tech clients throughout Canada. He provides a unique ability to bridge the gap between technology and business.

Mr. Shum is a designated Chartered Accountant (CA) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). He received his Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Management Information Systems from UBC. Eric also has a post-undergraduate Diploma in Applied Information Technology. He is active in the IT industry, sitting on the Executive Board of the West Coast Security Forum (WCSF) and on the Board of Directors for the Canadian Information Processing Society (CIPS) ? Vancouver Chapter. Eric was also a former Board Member and Advisor to the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA) ? Vancouver Chapter.

Eric Schmidt

Chairman of the Executive Committee and CEO, Google

Eric Schmidt joined Google from Novell, where he led the company~s strategic planning, management and technology development as chairman and CEO. Since coming to Google, Schmidt has focused on building the corporate infrastructure needed to maintain Google~s rapid growth as a company and on ensuring that quality remains high while product development cycle times are kept to a minimum.

Prior to his appointment at Novell, Schmidt was CTO and Corporate Executive Officer at Sun Microsystems, Inc., where he led the development of Java, and defined Sun~s Internet software strategy. Before joining Sun in 1983, Schmidt was a member of the research staff at Xerox Palo Alto Research Center (PARC), and held positions at Bell Laboratories and Zilog.

Schmidt has a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Princeton University, and a master~s and Ph.D. in computer science from the University of California-Berkeley.

Edgar Auslander

Edgar Auslander

General Manager, Texas Instruments

Edgar Auslander is the General Manager, Worldwide Strategy and Corporate Development of Texas Instruments~ largest business unit (Wireless). He was a key member of the original team that pioneered and developed the Wireless Communications Business Unit (WCBU) of Texas Instruments (TI). In less than 8 years, WCBU became the industry leader with annual
revenue of over $3B. Mr. Auslander identified and drove all the acquisitions of WCBU (more than $400M). His leadership roles at TI included Business Development, Marketing, Strategy, and Corporate Development. Some of his recommendations resulted in new product programs and he drove key design wins with lifetime net revenue exceeding $500 million. In 2001, Mr. Auslander co-authored a reference book titled 'The Applications of Programmable DSPs in Mobile
Communications' (Wiley Publishers), published several articles in industry periodicals, and gave speeches at numerous conferences around the world. More recently, he was the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Strategy at IXI Mobile Inc., a start-up based in California, with
customers including major mobile operators and phone manufacturers. He is on the board of advisors of several companies and consults for a few Venture Capital firms. He is also a member of the Council of Advisors (www.thecouncils.com) providing consulting to the financial community
in the telecommunications, consumer and semiconductor sectors. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and an MEE from Cornell University.
