Tracy Spadola is a Senior Insurance Industry Consultant with Teradata, a division of NCR, responsible for developing data warehousing business strategy for clients. In addition to data warehouse strategy, Tracy provides consulting services in the area of logical data modeling, data quality, stewardship, data governance, data integration, business intelligence and business value.
Tracy has over 20 years experience in the insurance industry, working at such companies as Continental Insurance Company,
C N A and Allstate.
Tracy is a Certified Insurance Data Manager, as awarded by the Insurance Data Management Association (IDMA), and is a member of the Board of the IDMA. Tracy holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation from the CPCU Society. She is also a member of the
IAIDQ.
Tracy holds a Bachelors Degree in Management Information Systems from the State University of New York - Excelsior College. Tracy is a frequent speaker at industry conferences such as ACORD / LOMA, IASA, ISOTech, IDMA and Teradata Partners. She has authored several articles on the topics of data management, data governance and stewardship in the insurance industry. The latest article, on the subject of data integration for Catastrophe Planning was published in Best’s Review in May 2006.
