Company History
In 1981, International Management Reporting Services was founded by Bob Thompson and Marco Arese. The company's flagship product, Micro Control, defined a new market by delivering multinational financial reporting on personal computers. This company became known as Hyperion Software in 1995 and was merged into Arbor in 1998.
